1. A wellbeing site, not a health site

We talk about relaxation, rituals and what science says about sleep. We never give medical advice, diagnoses, treatments or dosages.

2. No answers to personal situations

We don't answer questions about an individual case, a symptom or a treatment. For that, the right person is a healthcare professional.

3. Health conditions, only to point you in the right direction

When a topic touches on health, we stay cautious, offer no treatment and encourage you to see a doctor.

4. Sources, always

Every piece of scientific information comes with its source. We start from the studies themselves, not just the news articles about them.

5. A strength rating for every study

  • A · Solid: Several serious studies point the same way.
  • B · Promising: Good clues, still to be confirmed.
  • C · Preliminary: Small or animal studies: a lead worth following.
  • D · Doesn't hold up: Little or no evidence.

6. No miracle promises

No sound, no story, no object "cures" or "heals." Any products we may one day feature will be presented as comfort items, never with a health promise.

7. Our words, not someone else's

We don't copy or translate other sites' articles word for word. We summarize in our own words and link to the original source.

8. Transparency about artificial intelligence

AI helps us prepare, write and translate our content. Every piece goes through an automatic checklist before publication. Stéphane, who runs the site, sets its rules and takes responsibility for it. Our audio sessions use a synthetic voice, as we explain on our "About us" page.

9. The same message everywhere

Every page reminds you that our content does not replace a doctor's advice.
