Seven sessions to release body and mind
These sessions draw on sophrology, the French method that blends slow breathing, body awareness and gentle visualization. Lie down, put on your headphones and let the voice guide you.
For the best experience, listen with headphones or earbuds.
Listen somewhere calm, never while driving. These relaxation sessions do not replace the advice of a doctor or health professional.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a guided relaxation session for sleep?
- It's a moment guided by a gentle voice, made to be heard in bed: slow breathing, relaxing the body one area at a time, a calm visualization. The idea is to let the day wind down so sleep can come more easily.
- What is sophrology?
- Sophrology is a relaxation method created in Europe and widely practiced in France. It combines breathing, gentle body awareness and visualization. Here, we simply call these sessions guided relaxation.
- What if I fall asleep during the session?
- That's the whole point. You can also set the timer: at the end, the sound fades out slowly and stops on its own.
- Will there be new sessions?
- Yes, regularly. Sign up to get a note each time a new session comes out.
- Do these sessions replace medical care?
- No. They are moments of relaxation, not a treatment. If sleep problems last, talk to a doctor.
