A guided hypnosis session is a stretch of deep relaxation: a voice stays with you, offers images, and lets you follow at your own pace. You stay free the whole time and can stop whenever you like. The sessions here are audio only, free, and need no sign-up.

Guided hypnosis is simpler than most people imagine. You get comfortable, close your eyes, and a voice keeps you company. It speaks slowly, brings your attention to your breath and your body, then offers a few images. Little by little, the noise of the day moves into the background. You are just there, quiet and listening, a bit like drifting in a pleasant daydream.

Forget the stage shows where volunteers get talked into clucking like chickens. Nobody here makes decisions for you. The voice suggests, and you keep whatever feels right. If an image does nothing for you, let it go by. If you would rather stop, you open your eyes, and that is that. You stay free from the first minute to the last.

From the inside, it feels a lot like getting lost in a good book or a long view, when you stop noticing what is going on around you. Your attention narrows, your breathing slows, your body settles. Some people feel light, some feel heavy, and some feel nothing in particular. There is nothing to get right. However it goes for you is fine.

The sessions are organized by theme, based on what is on your mind today: a packed day, a big moment coming up, a craving for a cigarette, a scattered head, or something you would like to set down. Pick the theme that sounds most like your day, find a quiet spot, and press play. This time is yours, with no goal to reach.

Frequently asked questions

What is a guided hypnosis session?
It is an audio recording in which a voice leads you into deep relaxation, using slow words, images, and attention to your breath. You listen at home, whenever you have some quiet time.
Will I lose control?
No. You can hear what is being said, and you can move, open your eyes, or stop the audio at any point. Nobody can make you do something you do not want to do.
Is this self-hypnosis?
In a way, yes: you listen to a recording on your own, at home, with no one beside you. The voice guides you, but you are the one who settles into that relaxation and comes out of it when you want.
What if I can't relax?
That is okay. There is nothing to achieve. If your mind wanders, just come back to the voice. Everyone experiences these sessions differently and we promise no particular result: above all, they are a chance to pause.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No. When the recording ends, you gently come back to yourself. If you are tired, you may fall asleep, and you will wake up as you normally would.
Who should check with someone before listening?
If you are seeing a doctor or a psychologist, or if you have any concern about your health, ask them before you listen.
Does a session replace the advice of a health professional?
No. These sessions are moments of wellness and relaxation, and they never replace the advice of a health professional. Never listen while driving or during any activity that needs your attention.
