Who is this session for?
This session is designed for those who feel overstimulated after a long day of screen time and constant information. It is ideal to listen to when your mind feels wired and you need a comforting, quiet transition to help you disconnect before bed.
How does it unfold?
- at the startSetup and Opening RitualYou will settle comfortably into your mattress, take a few deep breaths, and let the crackling sound of the wood fire welcome you.
- around 1 minBody InductionA gentle, step-by-step relaxation guides your awareness from your scalp down to your toes, allowing your body to sink heavily into the bed.
- around 3 minReleasing AgitationYou will use your exhales to push out the residual glow of screens and the busy noise of the day entirely through your feet.
- around 5 minCabin Under the AurorasYou are guided to visualize a warm log cabin in Lapland, watching the slow, mesmerizing dance of the northern lights through the window.
- around 8 minAnchoring and DriftingA simple hand gesture is introduced to help you capture this peaceful state, as the guidance slowly dissolves into the sound of the fire.
Why does it help you sleep?
This approach helps you fall asleep by actively replacing the fast-paced stimulation of screens with slow, soothing natural imagery. Visualizing the gentle movement of the northern lights captures your wandering attention, while the warmth of the cabin creates a deep sense of safety. By consciously exhaling mental clutter, your body receives a clear signal to power down, making it much easier to relax and drift away.
How to listen
Listen to this journey while lying comfortably in bed with the volume turned down low. Allow yourself to let go naturally, knowing it is perfectly fine if you fall asleep long before the fire stops crackling.

Welcome to this moment just for you… Everyone knows that moment when the day ends and the body simply asks to rest… You can make yourself perfectly comfortable… There is nothing to achieve here… If anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present… but for now, let your eyes close gently, whenever you wish… And every crackle of this wood fire you hear can take you a little deeper into relaxation…
Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, letting the fresh air gently fill your belly and expand your chest…
And exhale completely, letting go of any immediate tension as your body sinks comfortably into the welcoming mattress beneath you…
Breathe in once more, fully and peacefully, gathering all the calm energy around you in this safe and quiet space…
And let it all go with a long sigh, returning to your own natural rhythm, as this comforting journey begins…
Now, you can let this gentle wave of calm spread through your body… relaxing your scalp and smoothing your forehead… The tiny muscles around your eyes let go… your jaw unclenches… This pleasant softness flows down into your neck and shoulders, releasing the weight of the day… I do not know if the heaviness will settle first in your right arm or your left arm… but you feel it traveling to your fingertips… Your back sinks further into the bed… supported and safe… The relaxation pours into your hips… down through your legs… to your feet… Your entire body is resting deeply… wrapped in peace…
You might still feel a little echo of the day… the glow of screens, the fast pace of information… And that is perfectly fine… We are going to let that digital noise flow right out of you…
On your next long exhale, imagine all the busy thoughts and residual lights traveling down your body and escaping entirely through the soles of your feet…
The more you exhale this digital noise, the more your mind becomes clear, quiet, and wonderfully free from all distractions…
Your mind is now unplugged… resting in a quiet, dark, and deeply comforting space…
In this quiet space, you find yourself inside a beautiful wooden cabin in Lapland… a warm sanctuary in the polar night… You smell the pine wood and the gentle smoke… You are wrapped in a heavy blanket… perfectly safe… You listen to the fire crackling… casting soft shadows on the log walls… And through the large window, you look out into the crisp night sky… There, the northern lights begin to appear… ribbons of emerald green painting the dark canvas… When you notice the slow dance of the lights outside, you can just allow your thoughts to drift away… gracefully swaying with the colors… As the lights glide across the stars, you feel yourself drifting further down into comfort… a safe, slow descent into absolute tranquility…
Each time you listen to this journey, your mind will recognize this path, and the calm will settle faster… You can lightly press your thumb and index finger together… knowing this gesture can bring you back to this peaceful cabin whenever you need it…
There is nothing left to do… If sleep comes, let it come… this rest is more than enough… You can simply… let go… and rest… deeply…
The colors fade… the fire hums its song…
Sinking deeper… warm and secure…
