Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone who struggles to quiet a racing mind at bedtime. It is perfect for those nights when you feel physically tired but your thoughts keep spinning, preventing you from letting go. By listening as soon as you get into bed, you give your brain a clear, soothing path to follow into rest.
How does it unfold?
- at the startPreparationThe voice reassures you that this state is as natural as being absorbed in a book, reminding you that you are always in control.
- around 1 minInductionYou are guided to focus on your eyelids until they feel comfortably heavy, sending a fluid wave of relaxation from your head down to your toes.
- around 3 minDeepeningA slow countdown from ten to one helps your analytical mind surrender, with the numbers gradually blurring and fading away into the background.
- around 5 minThe coreUsing the comforting image of a smooth stone sinking into warm water, your breathing naturally links to a deeper state of rest with every single exhale.
- around 8 minReinforcement and anchoringYou receive a gentle suggestion that in the future, simply resting your head on the pillow and taking three deep breaths will automatically bring this calm back.
- around 9 minDriftingThe guidance becomes sparse and slowly fades into silence, allowing you to seamlessly transition into a deep, uninterrupted slumber.
Why does it help you sleep?
This specific approach helps you fall asleep by giving your active mind a simple, comforting sequence of images to focus on. As you visualize the numbers fading and the smooth stone sinking, your brain shifts away from daily worries and enters a state of peaceful absorption. This gentle diversion signals to your nervous system that it is safe to relax, naturally releasing physical tension and preparing your body for a restorative night.
How to listen
Listen to this recording at a very low volume while lying comfortably in your bed, fully ready for the night. Remember that there is nothing you need to achieve, and it is perfectly fine to drift off to sleep long before the audio ends.

Welcome to this gentle journey.
Self-hypnosis is a completely natural state… much like that wonderful feeling when you are totally absorbed in a good book… You always keep complete control… There is absolutely nothing you have to achieve here… everything that happens is just right… And it is perfectly fine if you drift away and fall asleep long before the end of my words…
Right now, you are breathing softly… your body is resting comfortably on the bed… and the air around you is quiet and still… As you listen to my voice, you can just let yourself relax…
Bring your attention gently to your eyelids… Notice how they are becoming so heavy, so deeply relaxed… Just imagine that they are becoming so wonderfully heavy that they simply do not want to open anymore… You do not even need to test them… just enjoy this beautiful feeling of heavy comfort… Let this soothing wave of relaxation flow smoothly from the very top of your head, washing all the way down to the tips of your toes in one fluid motion…
Now, we are going to count down very slowly, from ten to one… And with every single number, you can let yourself go twice as deep into this comforting relaxation…
Ten… feeling that soft wave of comfort wrapping around you…
Nine… and as you go deeper, these numbers might start to become a little blurry, drifting further away…
Eight… just let them fade into the background…
Seven… going twice as deep now, letting the outside world fade away…
Six… the numbers are just slipping away all on their own now, and that is perfectly fine…
Five… letting your analytical mind completely release its effort and surrender to the quiet…
Four… three… just letting them go entirely, drifting out of sight…
Two… one… And when you feel even more relaxed, you can just let those numbers disappear completely…
Now, let your gentle breathing become your only guide into the night… Feel the slow, natural rise and fall of your chest, a steady rhythm carrying you down into rest… Notice how every time you exhale, you can release a little more tension, letting go of the day completely…
Imagine that you are a smooth, beautiful stone, gently sinking down through calm, clear, wonderfully warm water…
It is a safe, secure, and incredibly quiet place to be… And as you drift down… and as the soft water embraces you… you just descend a little further into the calm… You can drift into sleep right now… or in just a few moments from now… it really does not matter at all…
What matters is that with every soft breath out, you sink deeper into that peaceful, warm silence… and it is so easy to sleep deeply…
Your body is so wise… it knows exactly how to rest, and exactly how to repair itself in sleep… And for all the nights to come, whenever your head simply touches your pillow, and you take three slow, long exhales, this profound calm will automatically return to you, faster and deeper than before…
Sinking further now… drifting completely into the gentle embrace of the night…
If you ever need to get up for any reason, you will naturally regain all your full alertness…
But for now, there is nothing to do… nothing to think about…
Just the quiet… just the gentle warmth of your bed…
Drifting away… sinking down…
Sleeping now… deeply and peacefully…
