- around 4 minHeartYou visualize a hot air balloon releasing heavy sandbags to effortlessly float up into a vast, quiet sky.

- around 9 minReturnA gentle count from one to five brings awareness back, though you can simply ignore it if you are already drifting off.
Why does it help you sleep?
The metaphor of the hot air balloon helps your brain visualize the act of letting go of your daily worries. By associating physical tension with heavy sandbags, your body naturally understands how to release it. The sensory focus and slow countdown gently occupy your thoughts, preventing them from racing. This creates a deeply calm inner space that paves the way for a restful night.
How to listen
Listen to this recording in bed with headphones at a low volume when you are ready to rest. Even though the session includes a gentle return phase at the end, you can absolutely allow yourself to fall asleep before it finishes.

This is a hypnosis session to take a calm moment, release what you are carrying, and create inner space.
Hypnosis is a natural, everyday state, much like being fully absorbed in a good book… You remain in complete control, and there is absolutely nothing to succeed at here… Your body rests on the surface supporting you, and the air around you is simply there… Your mind may wander, or stay focused, or you might just listen to the music, and all of these are perfectly fine… No failure is possible, because every way of experiencing this is the right way…
Let your attention gently settle on your senses… You can hear the sound of this voice, and perhaps the quiet spaces beneath the music… If a sound passes by, it is just a reminder that the world goes on while you rest, and you have nowhere else to be… You can feel the surface supporting your weight, and notice the air lightly touching your skin… Behind your closed eyelids, there might be a soft shift of light and shadow… Your posture is relaxed, your breath continues on its own, and as this gentle rhythm unfolds, your eyelids can simply rest and grow comfortably heavy…
As you allow your chest to rise and fall, notice how every long, slow breath out gives your shoulders the permission to lower just a little bit more…
We will count down slowly from ten to one, imagining a gentle, safe descent… like walking down a soft grassy path… Each step can allow your physical body to relax twice as much…
Ten… noticing the relaxation in your shoulders first, or your hands, whichever feels best…
Nine… the ground is soft and steady beneath your feet…
Eight… breathing easily…
Seven… stepping further into this quiet atmosphere…
Six… letting go a little more…
Five… halfway down, feeling twice as calm…
What felt heavy before might soon be far away, and what comes next was already here, just a little further than what remains…
Here, it is calm.
Four… the numbers begin to fade on their own…
Three… releasing the need to count…
Two… almost there…
One… completely at ease…
Imagine a beautiful hot air balloon resting in a quiet, sunlit field… The basket sits firmly on the gentle morning grass, waiting peacefully… Around the basket, there are small sandbags resting on the ground, representing the weight of the day, the things you have been carrying… As the morning air slowly warms, the colorful fabric of the balloon begins to gently expand… The ropes loosen on their own, finding a natural, effortless tension… You can notice the woven texture of the basket, strong and secure, and the vast, clear sky above…
One by one, the heavy sandbags are left on the ground… They simply stay behind in the quiet field, because they are no longer needed for this journey… And as the weight releases, the basket softly lifts from the grass… Rising slowly, steadily, smoothly into the air… Floating upward, you can feel completely free, gliding into a vast, quiet, open space…
The higher it goes, the more you can let go completely, enjoying the endless horizon… There is nothing to do up here, just the gentle warmth of the sun and the feeling of drifting effortlessly…
Your mind knows exactly how to find this open inner space… It knows how to trust this quiet lifting, leaving unnecessary weight far behind… You are deeply safe here, surrounded by clarity and calm… And whenever you wish, you can take a deep breath and simply recall this open sky, allowing this space to return at its own pace…
In a few moments, we will transition back to the present moment, bringing this calm, fresh energy with you… I will count slowly from one to five…
One… a gentle energy begins to return to your muscles, starting in your hands and feet…
Two… feeling a light, refreshing sensation flowing through your body…
Three… becoming aware of the room, the temperature of the air, and the sounds around you…
Four… taking a slightly deeper breath, keeping that open inner space with you for the rest of your day…
Five… whenever you are ready, you can open your eyes at your own pace, feeling refreshed and light.
