Who is this session for?
This session is specifically designed for those who find themselves waking up too early in the morning and struggling to fall back asleep. It is perfect for those quiet, frustrating hours when your mind starts racing while your physical body is still tired. You can listen to it right when you wake up unexpectedly, helping you glide smoothly back into a deep slumber.
How does it unfold?
- at the startPreparationThe voice gently introduces you to the natural state of self-hypnosis, reminding you that you remain in complete control.
- around 1 minInductionYou are guided to focus on your eyelids, letting them become so wonderfully heavy that outside sounds only deepen your relaxation.
- around 3 minDeepeningYou mentally walk down a safe, comfortable staircase, letting the numbers slowly blur and fade away as you descend.
- around 5 minThe CoreYou visualize your mind resting in a safe bubble, peacefully observing your body as it sleeps heavily on the mattress.
- around 8 minAnchoringYou learn a simple breathing trigger using three slow exhales to instantly reconnect your mind and body for future early awakenings.
- around 9 minDriftingThe words slow down and fade into silence, stretching out time so every minute of rest feels deeply nourishing.
Why does it help you sleep?
This specific approach helps you fall asleep by separating your active mind from your tired physical body. By placing your awareness in a safe observation bubble, you remove the pressure to force yourself to sleep. This gentle detachment lowers your mental resistance and signals to your nervous system that it is safe to let go. As you peacefully watch your body rest, your mind naturally follows, guided by soothing imagery like a stone sinking in calm water.
How to listen
Listen to this recording at a very low volume, lying comfortably in your bed the moment you wake up too early. There is no need to stay awake until the end; simply let yourself drift off whenever sleep naturally returns.

Welcome to this sleep hypnosis session… a natural state, very much like being completely absorbed in a wonderful book… you remain in complete control at every moment… there is absolutely nothing you need to achieve… whatever happens is perfectly right… and you may even find yourself falling asleep long before this session ends…
Right now, you are resting on your bed… you can feel the mattress supporting you beneath… you hear the sound of your own breath… your eyes are closed, and you can simply allow yourself to drift…
As you settle in, take a slow, gentle breath in, filling your lungs with calm air, and as you exhale fully, let your whole body sink a little deeper into the mattress…
Notice how comfortable your eyelids feel… they are becoming so heavy, so wonderfully relaxed, that they simply do not want to open anymore… you can just imagine this pleasant heaviness without any effort at all…
And if you hear any outside sounds, or if any wandering thoughts cross your mind, they just become signals that help you relax even more… wrapping you in a blanket of profound calm…
In a moment, we will slowly walk down a comfortable, safe staircase of ten steps… with every number, you can go twice as deep…
Ten… stepping down into a quiet space…
Nine… letting go completely…
Eight… sinking deeper and deeper…
Seven… feeling a warm wave of relaxation flowing down your body…
Six… drifting further down…
Five… and here, you can imagine taking one small step back up, just to feel the contrast, before taking two steps down to go even deeper into this wonderful state…
Four… almost at the bottom now…
Three… and as we continue, you might notice the numbers becoming blurry, gently fading away, leaving your mind free to float…
Two… the numbers just drift away on their own…
One… resting deeply…
Now, you can simply let your physical body fall asleep heavily on the bed… while your mind easily floats up into a calm, safe place nearby…
Perhaps you picture yourself sitting in a cozy, plush armchair, or resting inside a soft, protective bubble…
From this comfortable space, you can quietly observe your own body sleeping peacefully… breathing slowly and calmly…
And you know that if you happen to wake up early in the morning, your body remains deeply asleep, heavy and perfectly relaxed… your mind just safely watches this resting body, feeling no need to interfere…
And as you observe, you can imagine a smooth, beautiful stone, or a graceful fish, slowly descending through clear, calm, lukewarm water…
With every gentle movement downward, you sink further into a deeply restful sleep… gliding down, down, into the quiet depths… where the water is perfectly still and comforting…
Your body naturally knows exactly how to sleep and how to gather all the energy it needs… you can trust this inner wisdom completely…
And from now on, whenever you wake up too early in the quiet hours of the morning, all you need to do is take three slow exhales…
With those three slow exhales, your mind will instantly rejoin your sleeping body, effortlessly gliding back into the deepest, most restorative slumber…
Time can stretch out beautifully here… every single minute of this rest can feel as deeply nourishing as an hour of calm…
Of course, if you need to get up for any reason, you will naturally return to full alertness… but for now, you can fall asleep right now… or in just a few moments as you continue to listen…
Drifting down…
Sinking into the quiet…
Nothing left to do… just sleep…
