Welcome to this time of rest… Everyone knows that moment when the day finally ends and the body naturally wants to rest… So just make yourself comfortable… Take all the time you need to adjust your position… feeling the mattress beneath you… noticing all the points where your body is supported… your back… your legs… your head… sinking a little… If anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present… but for now, you have nothing to do… there is nothing to achieve… you don't even need to try to sleep… just enjoying this gentle rest is enough…

Now, let's take a slow breath in through your nose, filling your lungs entirely, and then breathe out very slowly, letting all the tension melt away…

Take another deep breath in, feeling your chest rise gently, and as you exhale, allow your shoulders to drop completely into the bed…

And one last time, breathe in deeply, gathering any remaining tightness, and breathe out fully, letting your natural rhythm return effortlessly…

As your breathing settles into its own gentle pace… you might begin to notice a pleasant sensation of heaviness somewhere in your body… I don't know whether your right arm feels heavy first, or your left arm… but you can just let that comfortable weight spread… Your arms becoming heavier and heavier… sinking deeper into the soft surface beneath you… And this pleasant heaviness can flow down into your legs… your right leg… your left leg… both resting heavily and securely…

And as your body rests… a gentle warmth might begin to appear… a soft, soothing warmth spreading through your arms and your legs… Feeling this gentle warmth… is already a way of letting go of the day… letting your muscles completely unwind…

You don't need to control your breath at all… the breath happens all by itself… it breathes in you… steady and calm…

Perhaps you can feel a comforting warmth softening your belly… a deep, relaxing heat spreading from your center… while your forehead remains pleasantly cool… a refreshing, calm coolness on your forehead…

With this comfortable heaviness and warmth… you can picture a single autumn leaf… swaying gently in the calm evening air… drifting down… slowly and safely… toward the soft grass below…

With every breath out, you drift a little deeper into this safe comfort… effortless and deeply relaxing…

Just like that leaf descending gracefully… you are floating down… deeper and deeper into relaxation… completely safe… completely supported…

And as you rest here in this peaceful state… you can imagine a quiet scene at dusk… near a calm, gently flowing stream… The light is soft and dim… the air is perfectly still…

The heavier your body feels… the lighter your mind becomes… And if any thoughts, images, or remnants of the day come to your mind… you can simply place them gently on the small leaves floating by on the water…

You don't need to push them away… just place them on a leaf… and watch the gentle current carry them downstream… slowly drifting away into the distance… until they disappear completely…

One by one… any lingering worries or tasks… just resting on the water… floating softly away… leaving your mind clear and tranquil…

Your body is unburdening itself from the day… just as a tree effortlessly lets its autumn leaves fall to the ground… completely naturally… making room for deep, quiet rest…

This deep rest is doing its work right now… allowing tomorrow to begin with more clarity and ease… because your mind is resetting beautifully tonight…

And to remember this profound sense of peace… you can simply let your thumb and index finger touch gently… or silently say the word calm in your mind…

This simple contact between your thumb and your index finger can bring you back to this peaceful sensation anytime you need it… And every time you listen to this session, this calm will settle in faster and more naturally…

Your body already knows exactly how to rest… you don't need to do anything at all…

Just letting go… deeper and deeper…

The stream is quiet… the night is calm…

You can just drift now…

The music will continue for a while… watching over you…

Drifting…

Peaceful…
