Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone who struggles to disconnect after a busy or overwhelming day. It is ideal to listen to when your mind is still racing with lingering thoughts and you need a gentle transition to help you wind down for the night.

- around 4 minDeepening the calmYou are gently encouraged to feel yourself sinking safely into the bed with every single exhale.
- around 5 minReleasing the dayYou use your breath to let go of remaining tensions through your hands and feet, while watching passing thoughts drift away like autumn leaves on a stream.
- around 9 minSafe descent and anchoringYou visualize a gently falling golden leaf and create a physical anchor by touching your thumb and index finger to capture this peaceful state.
- around 10 minDrifting into sleepThe guidance slows down with long pauses, leaving you in a quiet space where sleep can naturally take over.
Why does it help you sleep?
This approach helps you fall asleep by actively shifting your focus away from daily worries and into your physical sensations. By visualizing tensions leaving through your extremities, your body receives a clear signal to relax. The imagery of floating leaves gently occupies your attention, preventing overthinking while naturally guiding your mind toward a resting state.
How to listen
Listen to this recording in bed, lying down comfortably with the volume set low, just as you are ready to sleep. It is perfectly fine if you drift off before the session ends, as the gentle background sounds will simply watch over you.

Welcome. Take a moment to settle in. Make yourself as comfortable as possible. Feel the mattress supporting the weight of your body… the gentle pressure of your heels, your back, and your head resting softly. There is absolutely nothing you need to achieve right now. You are just here to rest. And remember, if anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present. So you can simply let go.
Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly gently… and then let it all out with a long sigh…
Take another slow, peaceful breath in, feeling the space expanding inside you… and breathe out completely, letting go…
And one more deep breath in, drawing in a sense of quiet and absolute stillness… and exhale slowly, allowing your body to settle.
Everyone knows that moment when the eyelids become heavy… and I don't know which part of your body will relax first… Perhaps you feel warmth, or heaviness, or nothing at all, and that is perfectly fine. Let this quiet sensation begin at the top of your head. Feel your scalp smoothing out… your forehead softening… your eyebrows resting gently. Your eyelids might feel so wonderfully heavy now that it becomes much more pleasant just to keep them closed. Unclench your jaw… let your tongue rest freely.
Allow this wave of comfort to flow down your neck… melting into your shoulders. Feel your shoulders dropping down, releasing any weight they carried today. The relaxation travels down your arms… through your elbows, your wrists, all the way to the very tips of your fingers. Your back spreads out wide against the bed… your chest and your belly rise and fall gently, without any effort. Your body already knows exactly how to rest.
The softness moves into your pelvis… down through your legs… your knees, your ankles, all the way to the soles of your feet. You are perfectly supported. Sinking beautifully into the mattress, entirely safe and carried by the bed.
With every single exhale you take, you can feel yourself drifting a little deeper into this comforting and safe calm…
Now, let's gently release anything that is left of this day.
Breathe in softly, and as you breathe out, let any remaining tensions of the day flow right out through your hands…
Take another gentle breath in, and as you exhale, allow any lingering thoughts to simply wash away through your feet…
Breathe in this fresh calm, and as you let the air out, feel everything that no longer serves you moving far away…
Whatever happened today is now behind you. When you notice your breathing slowing down all by itself, you can simply welcome it. If any thoughts wander into your mind, you can just notice them… like autumn leaves floating softly on a calm stream… drifting by, moving away without you needing to catch them. Just letting them pass.
Imagine a single, golden leaf detaching from a branch… slowly descending through the quiet air… swaying gently, side to side… so safely, so peacefully, until it rests softly on the ground.
As you feel this deep, comforting rest, you might want to softly bring your thumb and index finger together for just a moment. Feel that gentle connection. This small gesture holds all the calm of this moment. Each time you return here and listen to this, it will be easier to let go. And whenever you need to find this peace, simply touching your fingers together can remind your body of this soothing space.
This deep rest is already enough, it counts just as much. You are completely safe… completely relaxed.
If sleep comes, simply let it come to you… your mind knows how to follow the quiet path into the deep rest of the night…
Sinking deeper and deeper… so comfortable and so completely relaxed… letting go of everything in this peaceful space…
The music will continue to play for a little while… gently watching over you… as you drift away completely now…
