Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone struggling to fall asleep in an unfamiliar bed, such as a hotel room or a guest bedroom. It is perfect for listening right after a long day of travel, when you need to switch off and feel safe in a new environment.

  3. around 4 minReleasing TensionYou use your exhales to let go of any unfamiliar feelings and travel weariness through your hands and feet.
  4. around 5 minNight Train JourneyYour bed transforms into a cozy, gently swaying cabin on a night train, carrying you effortlessly forward.
  5. around 10 minAnchoring SafetyYou create a simple finger gesture to anchor this feeling of security, making it easier to rest anywhere.
  6. around 11 minDrifting to SleepThe descriptions fade away into long pauses, allowing you to peacefully glide into a deep slumber.

Why does it help you sleep?

By transforming an unfamiliar room into a private train cabin, this visualization helps the mind embrace the unknown rather than resisting it. The imagined steady rhythm of the train provides a comforting focus that gently masks the strange atmosphere of a new place. Furthermore, intentionally exhaling travel weariness relaxes your muscles, while the anchoring gesture builds a deep sense of security you can rely on in the future.

How to listen

Listen to this session at a very low volume as soon as you settle into your new bed for the night. Find a comfortable sleeping position, close your eyes, and allow yourself to drift off long before the journey ends.

Welcome… As you settle into this new bed… find a comfortable position… You can notice the weight of the blankets… or the softness of the pillow… and both are just right… Feel the gentle support under your heels… your back… and your head… If anything around you needs your attention tonight, you will instantly be fully awake… but for now, there is nothing to do… Just breathe in slowly through your nose, letting your chest and belly expand, and exhale softly to let your body settle completely…

Take another deep, slow breath in, gathering any lingering thoughts, and release them all with a long, slow sigh out into the room…

And one last deep breath in… feeling the quiet night arriving, and breathe out, letting your shoulders sink deeply into the mattress below you…

Let your breathing return to its own rhythm… If sleep comes, let it come… and if you simply rest, that is perfectly fine too…

Your body already knows how to rest… no matter where you are… Let a wave of softness begin at the top of your head… smoothing out your forehead… softening the muscles around your eyes… Your eyelids might feel so heavy that it is simply more comfortable to keep them closed…

Let this relaxation flow into your cheeks… releasing your jaw… As this calm moves down your neck… your shoulders sink deeper into this mattress… adapting to you…

The relaxation flows down your arms to your fingertips… and cascades down your back… Your hips soften… your legs grow pleasantly heavy… all the way to your toes…

Your whole body is finding its perfect shape here… making it feel more familiar…

When you notice your breathing slowing down naturally… you can let go of any remaining strangeness from traveling… With your next long exhale, just imagine sending any unfamiliar feeling down through your arms and legs… letting it flow right out through the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet…

Breathe in a sense of quiet calm… and breathe out any travel weariness… letting it evaporate completely into the shadows of the room…

Breathe in warmth and safety… and breathe out any lingering tension, leaving a perfectly neutral, cozy space just for you to rest in…

Everyone knows the soothing feeling of being gently rocked… As you lie here in this warm bed… you can imagine this room is actually a private, cozy cabin on a night train… gliding peacefully through the countryside…

The bed becomes your safe carriage… swaying just slightly… carrying you forward without you making any effort…

Outside the window, the dark landscape rolls by… sleeping forests under the stars… while inside, it is perfectly warm and safe…

You hear the low, rhythmic hum of the wheels… a steady, muffled sound that whispers… allow yourself… to settle… deep calm… simply sleep…

The continuous motion of the train is doing all the work for you… gently rocking your body…

The further the train travels into the night… the deeper you sink into comfort… When sleeping away from home, simply press your thumb and index finger together… Let them touch lightly right now… and feel how this small gesture instantly brings back this feeling of being safe and deeply comfortable…

Your mind knows how to turn any space into a protective nest… Every time you listen to this journey… resting while traveling will become easier…

The train glides smoothly into the dark…

The gentle rhythm slows down… Everything is quiet…

Safe and warm… Nothing to do but drift…

The soothing motion carries you…

Deeply resting… Sinking down…

Letting go…

Drifting into a calm, peaceful sleep…
