Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone whose mind is still racing with the events of the day. It is especially helpful on nights when you feel overwhelmed by small details and need a broader, calmer perspective to help you unwind.
How does it unfold?
- at the startSettling InYou are guided to settle comfortably into your bed and take three slow breaths to transition into the evening.
- around 1 minGentle RelaxationA soothing wave of relaxation travels from the top of your head down to your toes, making your eyelids comfortably heavy.
- around 2 minDeepening CalmYou drift smoothly and safely, like a falling feather, toward a quiet and peaceful place.
- around 3 minThe ObservatoryYou explore a cozy wooden observatory and look through a brass telescope, letting your thoughts pass like distant clouds.
- around 7 minAnchoring PeaceYou create a simple physical anchor by touching your fingers together, saving this feeling of vast calm for tomorrow.
- around 8 minDrifting to SleepThe voice gently slows down and fades away, leaving you to drift into rest at your own pace.
Why does it help you sleep?
Visualizing the vast, starlit sky helps shift your attention away from intrusive nighttime thoughts. By focusing on distant, slow-moving stars, your daily worries naturally feel smaller and much easier to let go of. Creating a simple physical anchor with your fingers also trains your body to easily recall this deep state of relaxation whenever you need it.
How to listen
Listen at a low volume in your favorite sleeping position once you are completely ready for bed. It is perfectly fine if you drift off before the journey ends, as the soft music will continue to accompany your rest.

Welcome. You are safe here, and you can adjust your position whenever you need to. If anything requires your attention, you will immediately be fully awake and present. Everyone knows that moment when the body simply wants to rest… and you can allow yourself to settle deeply into your bed. Notice the comforting support beneath you… the way the mattress holds your weight. Whenever you are ready, simply let your eyes close… softly and naturally. Now, take a long, slow breath in through your nose, letting your belly expand gently, and then breathe out completely, letting go of the day…
Take another deep, slow breath in, welcoming the quiet evening, and as you exhale, feel your body sinking a little deeper into the softness of your mattress…
One more slow breath, breathing in calmness, and breathing out any lingering tension, letting your breath return to its own natural, easy rhythm now…
You might notice your eyelids becoming heavier… so heavy that it becomes more pleasant to keep them closed. I don't know if your right hand or your left hand will relax first… but you can feel a gentle wave of comfort beginning at the top of your head. It glides down your face… softening your shoulders and your back. The relaxation travels down your arms… flowing through your chest and belly. The wave continues down your legs… all the way to your toes. When you notice your breathing slowing down all by itself… you can simply welcome it.
With every breath out, you are drifting safely… descending smoothly into a place of peace… just like a soft feather gliding gently down through the quiet air…
You land effortlessly… on top of a tranquil hill, where the night sky wraps around you like a comforting blanket.
Here stands a small, cozy observatory. You step inside, feeling the warm wood of the walls… breathing in the cool night air. The silence here is deep and soothing. In the center, there is a beautiful brass telescope, pointing toward the open dome. You gently place your hands on the cool metal… feeling grounded… and look through the lens into the vast, starlit sky. The stars are distant, slow, and majestic. The more you observe the vastness of the night sky… the heavier and cozier your body feels in your bed. The stars take their time… to settle… and the night… softly… rests. If thoughts drift into your mind, simply see them as distant clouds… floating away without touching you. The infinite calm of the universe is slowly becoming your own inner calm… a quiet space where there is nothing left to do.
As you rest in this immense calmness, you can softly touch your thumb and index finger together for a moment… encapsulating this peaceful feeling. Tomorrow, if you need a moment of quiet, this simple gesture of your fingers can bring this vast calm right back to you. Day after day, the little things will take up less space… and evening thoughts will drift away more easily. And every time you listen to this session, your body will recognize the path… and let go even faster.
There is nowhere else to be. You might drift off now, or in a little while, and whatever happens is perfectly fine. If sleep comes, let it come… and if not, this deep rest is already enough. Your breathing is soft now… regular and peaceful.
The music will continue for a little while… wrapping you in a soft cocoon of sound… keeping you safe and warm through the quiet hours of the night.
Just drifting… peacefully… letting the gentle quiet of the night carry you away…
