- around 10 minDrifting into SleepThe guidance gently fades away, allowing you to drift into deep slumber under the quiet stars.
Why does it help you sleep?
By contrasting the frantic, artificial light of screens with the slow, eternal presence of a starry sky, this visualization helps shift your attention away from daily stress. The imagery of an expansive, dark sky naturally encourages your mind to slow down and put worries into perspective. As you focus on the cool night air and the quietness of the hill, your body receives cues of safety, gently easing you into a state of deep relaxation.
How to listen
Listen to this session in bed with the lights off and the volume set low, just as you are ready to sleep. Make yourself entirely comfortable, and remember that it is perfectly fine if you drift off long before the recording ends.

Welcome. I invite you to leave the glowing screens and the noise of the day behind… finding a quiet space just for your rest tonight. Allow your body to settle comfortably… feeling the gentle, steady support of the mattress beneath you.
Let us take three slow, deep breaths to signal to your body that it is time to unwind… For the first one, inhale gently through your nose, drawing in the quietness of the evening… and exhale fully, letting the day's speed fade completely…
Take a second deep breath in… letting the calm, cool air fill your stomach comfortably… and release it slowly into the peaceful space around you, feeling your shoulders drop…
And a third slow breath… inhaling this gentle stillness… and exhaling all the remaining tension of the day… letting every little worry simply dissolve and fade away into the night.
If anything needs your attention tonight, you will instantly be fully present… but for now, you have absolutely nothing to do… just allowing yourself to be here.
Everyone knows that moment when the eyes are simply tired of looking at bright screens… You can just let your breathing slow down naturally… noticing how your exhale becomes a little longer than your inhale, releasing the day completely…
With every natural blink, your eyelids might become heavier and heavier… until it becomes much more comfortable to simply let them stay closed. Your body already wants this gentle rest… and you can allow it to happen.
Imagine standing at the top of a short, comfortable wooden staircase… leading down into a softly lit room inside a small, quiet observatory. There are ten steps… and your body already knows exactly how to switch off as we go down.
Ten… nine… stepping down easily into the warmth… Eight… seven… the heavier your body feels on these steps… the lighter your mind becomes… Six… five… halfway down… Four… three… feeling a peaceful calmness wrapping around you… Two… one… stepping gently into the quiet observatory… perfectly safe and secure.
Here, in this comforting space, you can let your body sink even deeper into relaxation… With every natural breath you take, notice how a pleasant heaviness settles into your shoulders and back… drawing you further into a wonderful state of peace.
Above you, the curved roof gently opens… revealing the vast, beautiful velvet darkness of the night sky. Far away from the frantic speed of daily screens… the stars offer a slow, eternal, and peaceful presence.
Notice the cool, fresh night air brushing against your skin… the comforting scent of ancient wood… and the absolute stillness of the hill around you. You can focus on one single, bright star… or simply take in the whole peaceful sky above you.
When you notice the absolute stillness of the universe above… you can allow your own thoughts to naturally slow down. If any residual bits of daytime agitation arise… let them pass by like distant shooting stars… burning out and disappearing into the vastness… without needing your attention.
Night after night, your mind learns to disconnect more easily… finding this calm perspective. The small things that felt urgent during the day take up much less space now.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed by screens or noise during your day… you can simply press your thumb and index finger together. This gesture will instantly reconnect you with the vast peace of this starry sky. Each time you listen to this session… this calm will return faster and easier.
The night air allows the dust to… settle down… and your mind can simply… let go… and… rest. The stars will watch over your rest tonight, like quiet guardians in the sky… You have nothing left to do, nothing to figure out… and you can simply drift deeper into this comforting silence…
The music will continue to play for a while… keeping you safe as you sleep… Just resting… deeply… and peacefully…
