Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone struggling to disconnect after a long day spent in front of screens. It is especially helpful when your eyes feel tired from artificial light and your mind keeps racing with digital information. Listen to it when you need a gentle transition from a busy day to a peaceful night of rest.
How does it unfold?
- at the startOpening RitualYou begin by settling into your mattress and taking three slow breaths to safely release the day's pressure.
- around 1 minInductionThe voice guides you to lengthen your exhales, allowing your screen-weary eyelids to become wonderfully heavy and close naturally.
- around 2 minBody RelaxationYou progressively release physical tension from head to toe, specifically softening the strained muscles around your eyes, jaw, and neck.
- around 5 minDeepeningYou imagine walking down a warm, gentle dirt path, leaving the artificial lights and daytime agitation far behind you.
- around 6 minHeart of the JourneyYou explore a calming lavender field at dusk, using your senses to anchor yourself while letting any residual thoughts drift away like tiny clouds.
- around 11 minReinforcementYou create a physical anchor by joining your thumb and index finger, making it easier to recreate this tranquility in the future.
- around 13 minPeaceful EndingThe guidance slowly fades into long pauses, allowing you to drift naturally into sleep while the soothing music continues.
Why does it help you sleep?
This guided visual journey helps shift your attention away from the overstimulating glow of screens and into a soothing natural environment. By focusing on sensory details like the scent of lavender, your mind naturally stops processing daily information. The specific relaxation of facial and neck muscles releases the physical strain caused by devices, signaling to your body that it is safe to power down.
How to listen
Listen to this recording comfortably lying in bed with the lights off, using a low volume to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. You do not need to stay awake until the end; simply let yourself drift off whenever sleep invites you.

Welcome, you have arrived at the end of your day… and there is nothing left to achieve, nothing you need to do to fall asleep…
Just take a moment to notice how your body is resting on the mattress, feeling the support beneath you, letting yourself settle in completely…
And know that if anything needs your attention, you will immediately be fully present and able to respond, so you can safely let go right now…
We will start with three slow breaths… inhaling gently, and exhaling fully, letting a sense of calm begin to wash over you…
Take another deep, comfortable breath in… and as you let it out, perhaps you can already imagine the faint, soothing scent of nature waiting for you…
And one last slow breath in your own time, breathing in peace, and breathing out any lingering rush from the hours that have passed…
Allow your breathing to find its own natural, easy rhythm now… perhaps noticing that your exhales are becoming just a little bit longer than your inhales…
Everyone knows that familiar moment when tired eyes simply want to rest… especially after a long day of looking at bright screens and moving images…
It feels so wonderfully natural to just let your eyelids become heavy, heavy and warm, finding a deep relief in simply keeping them gently closed…
Your body already knows exactly how to release the tensions of the day… starting from the very top of your head and flowing all the way down…
Let this wave of relaxation soften the tiny muscles around your eyes… smoothing out your forehead, and letting your jaw drop and relax completely…
Allowing that softness to melt down into your neck and your shoulders… carrying away the stiffness of sitting, carrying away the glow of the screens…
And this comforting heaviness travels down your arms, through your back, your chest, letting your whole body sink beautifully into the bed…
In your mind's eye, you might discover a warm, soft dirt path that gently slopes downward into a peaceful, quiet valley…
I do not know if you will feel completely at ease with your very first steps on this path, or perhaps a little further down in the valley…
With every step down this safe, secure path, you are walking away from the artificial lights of the day, moving deeper into a comfortable dusk…
And as you reach the gentle valley, a beautiful field of lavender unfolds before you, stretching out under a soft, purple evening sky…
The more the sky darkens over the lavender, the more your mind clears and settles into a profound state of peace…
When you notice this subtle, calming scent of lavender drifting on the cool evening breeze, you can simply let go of your very last thoughts…
You can feel the gentle breeze on your skin… and hear the soft, rhythmic rustling of the lavender stems brushing gently against one another…
If any leftover thoughts about work or screens drift into your mind, you can just see them as tiny, fleeting clouds crossing the twilight sky…
You do not need to hold onto them… just let them drift by and fade away, leaving only the rich, absorbing colors of this quiet sunset…
Night after night, it becomes more and more natural and pleasant to leave the digital world behind and offer yourself this essential rest…
Every time you listen to this journey, your mind will recognize the path, and this deep calm will settle in so much faster and easier…
And you can gently touch your thumb and index finger together right now… making this simple contact a signal for your body to release all agitation…
Whenever you need it, this little gesture will instantly reconnect you to the soothing scent of lavender and the absolute tranquility of this evening…
The colors of the field are blending into the comforting shadows of the night… as you sink deeper and deeper into the mattress…
The natural world around you takes its own sweet time… to rest… to let go of the light… and simply… to sleep…
There is nowhere else to be… nothing else to do… just drifting softly on the gentle waves of your own comfortable breathing…
The music will continue to watch over you for a little while… as you glide peacefully into a deep and restorative night…
