Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone who carries the weight of their day into bed and struggles to disconnect. It is perfectly suited for those evenings when your mind is still processing daily events and you need a peaceful transition to let go of that mental load.

How does it unfold?

  1. at the startOpening RitualYou settle comfortably into your mattress, taking a few slow breaths to signal to your body that the day is completely over.
  2. around 1 minBreath FocusYou gently lengthen your exhales to naturally slow down your physical rhythm before letting your breathing find its own easy pace.
  3. around 3 minGentle CountdownA soothing countdown from ten to one guides you downward into a heavy, comfortable state of physical relaxation.
  4. around 5 minThe Lavender FieldYou immerse yourself in a twilight lavender field, setting down the heavy bag of your day while a warm breeze carries away stray thoughts.
  5. around 11 minAnchoring CalmYou create a physical anchor by touching your thumb and index finger together, memorizing this profound tranquility for future nights.
  6. around 13 minDrifting OffThe guidance slowly fades into silence, allowing you to glide effortlessly into a deep, uninterrupted rest.

Why does it help you sleep?

Extending your exhales directly signals your body to calm down, which naturally slows your physical rhythm without any forced effort. The sensory details of the twilight field shift your attention away from daily worries into a concrete, soothing environment. By visualizing the act of dropping a heavy bag, your mind actively processes the emotional release of the day's tension, which facilitates a smooth transition into sleep.

Welcome… Settle in comfortably. If anything needs your attention tonight, you will be fully present, but right now, you are safe. Feel your bed supporting you completely… Adjust your position if needed. Everyone knows that moment when the body just wants to rest… Let’s take a few deep, slow breaths together, letting your body know the day is completely done.

Breathe in deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with calm, and let it out slowly…

Take another slow breath in, gathering any remaining tension, and release it completely as you exhale…

And one more deep breath in, feeling your chest expand, and breathe out, allowing your eyes to close whenever you are ready…

Remember that there is nothing you need to achieve tonight, not even sleep… if sleep comes, let it come… and otherwise, this rest is enough. Now, let your attention gently rest on your breathing. We are going to make your exhale just a little bit longer than your inhale.

Breathe in gently for a count of four, and then let the air flow out smoothly and slowly for a count of six…

With every long breath out, you drift a little deeper into a comfortable, heavy relaxation…

Inhale easily, and exhale slowly, letting the outbreath carry away any lingering thoughts…

When you notice your breath slowing down all by itself… you can simply welcome it, letting it find its own natural, easy rhythm now.

Your body already knows how to relax without effort. I don't know which part of your body will feel that heavy comfort first… maybe your shoulders, or perhaps your legs… as we count down from ten to one.

Ten… as you exhale, feel yourself sinking deeper into the soft support of your mattress…

Nine… with every breath out, the muscles in your back and neck let go, softening completely into the bed…

Eight… drifting further down, enjoying this feeling of being entirely held and supported by your bed…

Seven… and six… the heavier your shoulders become… the lighter your mind feels, floating gently downward…

Five… halfway down, feeling deeply relaxed, safe, and comfortable in this quiet space you have created…

Four… and three… nothing to do, nowhere to be, just letting the gentle rhythm of your breathing guide you…

Two… almost at the very bottom of this peaceful descent, deeply rested, deeply calm, letting go entirely…

And one… resting completely now, wrapped in a blanket of heavy, soothing comfort, ready to drift away…

In this deep calm, imagine standing by a beautiful lavender field at dusk. The sky is painted in soft purple and warm orange. The air is comfortably warm, carrying the soothing scent of lavender… signaling to your mind it is time to rest. A gentle evening breeze brushes your skin, bringing pure tranquility. Imagine you are carrying a heavy bag holding the events of your day. You can simply set it down in the soft earth. You no longer need to carry it. The day is done. If stray thoughts wander in, let them be like loose leaves carried away by the gentle breeze. The evening breeze allows the flowers to… let go… and rest. You watch the sky deepen into velvet blue, absorbed in the rhythmic swaying of the lavender, feeling profound peace.

Picture a soft feather, slowly drifting down through the quiet air… drifting safely until it gently touches the earth. You are descending smoothly into rest. To remember this profound calm, you can gently touch your thumb and index finger together… This gesture brings you back to this peaceful field whenever you need it. Your body remembers how to naturally let go of the day. Each time you listen to this session, this deep calm will return faster… your mind and body finding their natural harmony.

The sky is completely dark now… the first stars are appearing in the quiet night… wrapping you in a comforting blanket of peace…

You are perfectly safe… perfectly relaxed… sinking into the softness of your bed… with nothing left to think about and nowhere else to be…

Remember… there is no need to force anything… your mind knows how to quiet down… letting the soothing silence of the night wash over you completely…

If sleep comes, let it come… and otherwise, this deep rest is enough… letting yourself float on the gentle waves of this profound calm…

Just drifting now… deeper and deeper… surrendering completely to the heavy, pleasant stillness that has settled over your entire body…

Letting go completely… deeply asleep or simply resting in perfect harmony… as the music continues to watch over you through the beautiful stillness of the night…
