Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone whose mind continues to race long after the lights go out. It is especially helpful on nights when you feel overwhelmed by the day's events and need a comforting, isolated space to quiet your thoughts.
How does it unfold?
- at the startSettling InYou take three deep, slow breaths to signal to your body that the day is truly over.
- around 1 minSlowing DownYour breathing finds a natural, quiet rhythm, inviting a pleasant heaviness into your muscles.
- around 3 minCounting DownA gentle countdown from five to one helps you sink deeper into your mattress with every exhale.
- around 4 minThe Wooden ObservatoryYou explore a cozy hilltop observatory, watching your daily thoughts turn into shooting stars that fade into the vast night sky.
- around 8 minSetting an AnchorYou learn a simple finger gesture to easily recall this deep sense of peace during your waking hours.
- around 9 minDrifting AwayThe guidance gently fades away, leaving you to drift into sleep at your own pace without any pressure.
Why does it help you sleep?
This journey helps quiet an active mind by shifting your attention toward a comforting, highly sensory environment. By visualizing your lingering thoughts as distant shooting stars, you create a peaceful distance from your daily worries. At the same time, the gentle focus on your breathing and physical heaviness signals your nervous system that it is completely safe to relax.
How to listen
Listen to this recording in bed with the lights off and the volume set very low. There is no wake-up call at the end, so it is perfectly fine if you drift off to sleep before the session finishes.

Everyone knows that feeling when the day is finally over and your body just wants to rest… You have nothing to do… nothing to achieve. Make yourself comfortable… feeling the weight of your body resting safely on the mattress… noticing the points of contact…
And you know that if anything needs your attention tonight, you will be fully present… but for now, you can just let go completely into the calm of your room…
Let us begin by taking a slow breath in, filling your chest with fresh air, and then sighing it all out slowly and fully…
Take another peaceful breath in, gathering any remaining tension from the day, and let it go with a long, gentle exhale…
One last time, breathe in deeply, and as you release the air, feel your shoulders dropping and your body sinking comfortably into the bed…
Now you can let your breathing return to its natural rhythm… without forcing anything. I wonder which part of your body will feel heavy first… maybe your hands… As you listen, your mind can drift further away. Your heartbeat has already begun to slow down… a wonderful sign of rest.
I am going to count down from five to one. With each number, you can allow yourself to sink a little deeper…
Five… letting go of the day, allowing your breath to flow out completely as you feel a deep sense of peace…
Four… the heavier your body sinks into the bed, the lighter your thoughts become, drifting effortlessly…
Three… sinking deeper still, feeling completely safe, wonderfully warm, and perfectly supported by the mattress…
Two… feeling deeply relaxed now, letting the quiet stillness hold you gently and securely…
One… completely at ease… resting fully in this beautiful space, ready to drift even further…
Imagine walking up a gentle hill… under a vast, peaceful night sky. The air is fresh… carrying the scent of pine. At the top is a round wooden building… your own private observatory.
You step inside, and the air is comfortably warm… smelling beautifully of old wood. In the center, a plush velvet chair is waiting. You sit down… and it feels incredibly soft… holding you perfectly.
Next to you is a beautiful brass telescope. The dome above is open to the starry night… revealing a canvas of glittering stars. You can focus on one bright star, or just enjoy the comforting night sky…
As you look up, the events of your day might come to mind. They become like tiny shooting stars… sliding across the horizon. You just notice them… and let them pass into endless space.
The starry night knows how to… let go… and simply… rest deeply… as you continue to drift peacefully…
You are drifting down safely now… like a soft feather settling slowly. Every time you listen to this session, you will find this calm more easily. To feel this starry peace during your day, just press your thumb and index finger together… and this stillness will return.
Your body is feeling so heavy now… sinking comfortably into the mattress…
If sleep comes, let it come… and if not, this deep rest is enough… it counts too, nourishing you…
Sinking comfortably into the peaceful night sky… feeling completely safe, tranquil, and ready to let go completely…
