Who is this session for?

Why does it help you sleep?
This approach helps you fall asleep by gently shifting your focus away from racing thoughts and toward a comforting, expansive environment. By comparing your worries to passing clouds in front of a vast starry sky, the imagery naturally puts your daily concerns into perspective. The simple gesture of touching your fingers together creates a physical memory of this calm, making it easier for your body and mind to relax.
How to listen
Listen to this recording at a low volume while lying comfortably in your bed, ready for the night. It is perfectly fine if you drift off before the end, as the gentle progression is designed to guide you smoothly into deep rest.

Everyone knows that feeling when the day finally ends… and you can just let go.
Take a moment to settle in comfortably… adjusting your pillows and blankets until your body feels completely supported.
Know that you are perfectly safe here… if anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully awake and present… but for now, there is nothing to do.
Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose… letting the fresh air fill your chest and your belly completely…
Now let it out gently and smoothly… feeling the day’s tension begin to dissolve with your exhale…
Take one more deep, slow breath in… and as you breathe out, you can just let yourself sink a little deeper into the mattress…
Tonight, we are going to take a little journey up to a quiet place… a place where everything feels lighter and far away…
Your breath can just find its own natural rhythm now… flowing in and out without any effort at all…
You might notice how your eyelids are becoming pleasantly heavy… so pleasantly heavy, that it just feels better to keep them closed…
There is nothing you need to achieve tonight… nothing to force… because your body already knows exactly how to rest and recover.
When you notice the stillness in the room, you can let yourself sink deeper… feeling the weight of your shoulders… the gentle relaxation in your hands…
With every breath out, you are sinking a little further down into the soft support of your bed… carried in complete safety…
The heavier your body rests on the bed… the lighter your mind can become… drifting effortlessly…
And I don't know which part of your body will feel completely relaxed first… maybe your arms… or your legs… and that is perfectly fine.
Imagine yourself walking into a small, cozy observatory at the top of a gentle hill… it is a round, warm room, built just for you…
You can smell the reassuring scent of old wood and beeswax… and feel the soft, thick fabric of a comfortable armchair as you sit down…
With a soft, quiet, mechanical hum, the dome above you slowly opens… revealing the vast, magnificent night sky… filled with thousands of tiny, glittering lights.
In front of you stands an antique brass telescope… smooth and slightly warm to the touch… resting perfectly balanced on its wooden stand.
The old brass telescope takes its time… to focus… and just… let go… adjusting its lenses smoothly until the view becomes perfectly clear.
Sometimes, a few small clouds drift across the glass… briefly passing over the view… just like small thoughts or worries passing through the mind…
You can just watch those clouds move along at their own pace… knowing that the endless, quiet stars are always there right behind them… unchanging and peaceful.
As your view expands into that incredible immensity… the vastness of the universe gently puts everything back into perspective without any effort at all.
Your mind can wander, because your body already knows how to sleep… absorbed in this majestic silence… wrapped in the comforting warmth of your chair.
Imagine a single, glowing speck of stardust… or a soft feather… slowly swirling and drifting down through the quiet air of the observatory… descending smoothly until it gently rests on the floor.
And as it settles, you can feel a deep sense of reassurance washing over you… knowing that night after night, the small things naturally take up less space.
You can gently touch your thumb and index finger together right now… to memorize this feeling of vast, peaceful space… this infinite calm.
Each time you listen to this session, this deep calm will return even faster… and whenever you need this vast perspective, that simple gesture will help bring you back here.
You might drift off now, or in a few moments, and both are perfectly fine… if sleep comes, just let it come… and if not, this deep rest is already restoring you.
The stars continue to shine silently above… and you can just drift… further and further down into comfort…
The music will continue to watch over you… while you rest deeply… completely safe… completely relaxed…
