Who is this session for?

- around 1 minBreath InductionYou are guided to release daily thoughts on your exhales, watching them float away like leaves on a river.
- around 3 minSoothing the BodyYour attention smoothly glides through different parts of your body to quiet the mind.
- around 5 minBalance and DepthYou experience contrasting physical sensations, like heaviness and lightness, to create a state of absolute relaxation.
- around 7 minSafe DescentYou visualize a leaf gently falling through calm air, guiding you deeper into relaxation without any effort.
- around 9 minFinal AnchorYou connect this deep tranquility to a simple word, allowing yourself to drift away while the music watches over you.
Why does it help you sleep?
Moving your attention continuously through different parts of your body naturally prevents your mind from overthinking. By focusing on contrasting sensations, like heaviness and lightness or warmth and coolness, you gently occupy your brain just enough to stop intrusive thoughts. This creates a deeply neutral, peaceful space inside you. Once the mind is quiet, the simple visualization of a falling leaf easily guides your awareness down into natural sleep.
How to listen
Listen to this track at a low volume once you are fully settled in bed with the lights out. Allow yourself to drift off whenever your body is ready, knowing it is perfectly fine to fall asleep before the session ends.

Welcome to this time of rest. Everyone knows that moment when the eyelids become pleasantly heavy… as you settle comfortably into your bed. Notice the soft support of your mattress and your pillow beneath you. There is absolutely nothing you need to achieve right now… no effort to make. If anything needs your attention tonight, you will instantly be fully present and alert… but for now, you can just let go. The day is entirely behind you now. Take a moment to breathe in deeply through your nose… allowing your chest and your belly to expand softly and fully…
And as you gently exhale… just imagine all the thoughts of the day drifting away like small leaves floating down a quiet river…
When you notice your breathing slowing down all by itself… you can simply welcome it and let it find its own natural, easy rhythm.
Now, let your awareness glide effortlessly through your body. Bring your gentle attention to your right thumb… your index finger… your middle finger… the palm of your hand… your wrist… your lower arm… your elbow… your shoulder… the whole right side of your back… your right hip… your leg… down to your right toes…
And now shift your gentle focus over to your left thumb… your left index finger… your middle finger… the palm of your left hand… your wrist… your lower arm… your elbow… your shoulder… the whole left side of your back… your left hip… your leg… all the way down to your left toes…
You can feel the entire back of your body resting completely… your spine… your shoulder blades… the back of your head… and now the entire front of your body… your chest… your gently rising belly… your face… completely relaxed.
You might notice how deeply heavy your body feels as it sinks safely into the mattress, completely supported… and at the exact same time… the heavier your body feels… the lighter your mind becomes.
Perhaps you can sense a gentle, soothing warmth spreading through your hands and your chest… while also noticing a pleasant, refreshing coolness resting softly on your forehead.
Whether you feel warmth, or coolness, or nothing in particular… it is perfectly fine… just resting in this perfect, peaceful balance.
You have nothing to do… your body already knows exactly how to drift into sleep. You can picture a single, beautiful leaf gently falling through the calm evening air… drifting safely and effortlessly toward the soft ground below…
Going a little deeper with each gentle exhale… letting go of the world outside. If sleep comes, let it come quietly… and if not, this pleasant rest is enough, and it counts just as much.
You can softly link this feeling of comfort to the simple word peace… knowing that tomorrow, just thinking of this word can bring back this tranquility.
Whenever you listen to this session again… your body will remember this exact path… and this deep calm will return even faster and more easily…
One part of you might listen to the soothing music… while another part is already resting so deeply that it begins to dream…
Drifting down softly and gently… moving deeper and deeper into the quiet, welcoming night…
Safe and peaceful… completely at ease as the music continues to watch over your gentle rest…
