Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone who struggles to quiet their mind at the end of the day and craves a sense of safety. It is perfect to listen to when you feel overwhelmed by racing thoughts and need a cozy, sheltering atmosphere to help you disconnect. If you enjoy the soothing sound of rain and structured breathing to release physical tension, this recording will guide you gently into the night.

How does it unfold?

  1. at the startOpening RitualYou settle into your bed and take three slow breaths to release the day's first tensions.
  2. around 1 min4-7-8 BreathingA guided counting rhythm helps you inhale, hold, and exhale to deeply calm your body.
  3. around 4 minDeepening TransitionYour body sinks into the mattress as the comforting image of a quiet forest begins to form.
  4. around 5 minThe Rainy CabinYou explore a warm wooden cabin, listening to the rain while your lingering thoughts wash away.
  5. around 9 minSafe DescentFollowing the image of a gently falling autumn leaf, you learn a physical anchor to summon this calm anytime.
  6. around 11 minDrifting to SleepThe guidance slows down, leaving you to drift peacefully to the steady sound of the rain.

Why does it help you sleep?

The 4-7-8 breathing rhythm acts as a gentle anchor, signaling to your body that it is safe to relax and naturally slowing down your heart rate. By focusing your attention on counting and the rich sensory details of the wooden cabin, your mind is softly distracted from daily worries. The visualization of rain washing away thoughts prevents mental loops from keeping you awake. This combination of focused breathing and a comforting environment may facilitate a deep, restorative rest.

How to listen

Listen to this session lying comfortably in your bed at a low volume when you are ready to sleep. You do not need to stay awake until the end, as the goal is simply to let yourself drift off whenever sleep naturally arrives.

Take a moment to settle comfortably into your bed… feeling the softness beneath you… noticing how the mattress perfectly supports every part of your body… You don't need to do anything right now… there is no effort to make… Your body already knows how to rest… deeply and completely… If anything needs your attention in the room… you will instantly be fully present… but for now… you can just let go… Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, letting the air fill you completely… and breathe out slowly…

A second deep breath… filling your chest… and releasing…

And a third… letting your body settle even more into the cushions…

Now… we can try a very gentle rhythm of breathing… breathing in for four… pausing softly for seven… and exhaling for eight… If the numbers don't suit you, just breathe in whatever way feels most comforting… Breathe in softly through your nose, two, three, four… hold that breath very gently, without any strain at all, for three, four, five, six, seven… and exhale slowly through your mouth with a soft sound, three, four, five, six, seven, eight…

Let's try that again… inhale fully and peacefully, allowing your chest to expand gracefully… hold the air like a gentle embrace… and exhale completely, letting out all the tension as the breath leaves your body…

With every long exhale, you sink a little deeper into the mattress… sinking into absolute comfort… One more time… breathe in softly and deeply, filling yourself with a sense of calm… pause and hold that quiet stillness inside you for a few moments… and release the breath slowly, letting it flow out like a gentle sigh…

Now, you can let go of the counting… When you notice your breath finding its own natural rhythm again… you can simply welcome it…

Your body continues to sink down… feeling heavier and perfectly supported… Everyone knows that comforting feeling of being warm inside while the rain falls outside… You might begin to imagine a safe place… a sturdy wooden cabin surrounded by a quiet forest… The heavy, relaxed feeling in your limbs is like a thick, warm blanket wrapping around you… protecting you from the cool evening air…

You are resting in this beautiful wooden cabin… The air smells faintly of cedar and pine… warm and familiar… Outside, a gentle rain begins to fall… You can hear the rhythmic tapping of the drops against the roof… a steady, soothing lullaby…

The more you listen to the rain… the heavier and more relaxed your body becomes… The soft light inside casts a warm glow on the wooden walls… giving you a profound sense of absolute security… The forest knows how to… slow down… and simply… rest…

If any thoughts drift into your mind… they are just like the raindrops on the window pane… you can just watch them slide down… and slip away… melting into the night… You are completely absorbed in this cozy refuge… feeling the warmth of the room against your skin… feeling utterly safe…

Outside in the forest… a single autumn leaf gently detaches from a branch… floating down slowly through the misty air… drifting peacefully back and forth… without rushing… until it lands softly on the mossy ground…

Just like that leaf… you are drifting down… gently and safely… descending into a deep, restorative rest… Night after night, your mind is learning to find this natural rest more and more easily… Every time you listen to this session, the warmth of this cabin will wrap around you even faster…

You can simply press your thumb and index finger together for a moment… and this simple gesture will bring you back to this feeling of safety and calm whenever you need it…

And now… there is nothing left to do… just the sound of the gentle rain… falling softly in the dark… You can let the sleep come… whenever it is ready…

Sliding deeper into comfort… deeper into tranquility…

The music will continue to play for a while… keeping watch over you…

You can just drift… letting go completely… peaceful… and warm… perfectly safe in the quiet night…

Simply resting… deeply resting…
