Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone whose mind feels too cluttered to settle down at the end of the day. It is especially helpful when you are lying in bed, feeling physically tired but unable to switch off racing thoughts. By focusing on a natural rhythm, it gently guides your attention away from daily worries.

How does it unfold?

  1. at the startOpening RitualThe voice invites you to notice how your bed supports you and guides you through three slow breaths to signal the end of your day.
  2. around 1 minGentle InductionYou are encouraged to lengthen your exhales slightly, allowing your eyelids to become wonderfully heavy and comfortably closed.
  3. around 3 minDeepening RelaxationBy tuning into your natural breath, you let your body sink deeper into the mattress, feeling perfectly held and supported.
  4. around 4 minThe Soothing WaveYou visualize a quiet beach, synchronizing your breathing with the ocean tide to wash away tension and let thoughts dissolve like sea foam.
  5. around 8 minSafe Descent and AnchoringYou create a physical anchor by touching your thumb and index finger together, helping your body remember this profound calm.
  6. around 10 minDrifting into SleepThe words gradually slow down and fade away into silence, allowing you to drift naturally into sleep without any wake-up count.

Why does it help you sleep?

Synchronizing your breath with the imagery of ocean waves gives your wandering mind a simple, soothing focal point. As your exhales naturally lengthen, your nervous system receives a clear signal that it is safe to relax. Visualizing thoughts as passing sea foam prevents you from getting caught up in them, reducing mental friction. This combination of sensory imagination and rhythmic breathing effortlessly prepares your body for deep rest.

How to listen

Listen to this recording at a low volume when you are already in bed, lying comfortably in your favorite sleeping position. You do not need to stay awake until the end; simply let the rhythmic waves carry you into sleep whenever it naturally comes.

Welcome to this moment of rest… Your body already knows exactly how to rest, and there is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to achieve right now…

Make sure you are as comfortable as possible, feeling the gentle support of your bed beneath you… noticing where your heels, your legs, your back, and your head rest deeply…

We will start with three slow, quiet breaths to signal your body that the day is done… breathing in gently, and breathing out softly…

Just know that you are completely safe here, and if anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present… gently letting the rhythm of your evening settle like calm water…

Now, let your breathing find a slow, comfortable pace, perhaps making your exhale just a little longer than your inhale, letting go a bit more each time you breathe out…

Everyone knows that peaceful moment when the eyelids become so heavy, so wonderfully heavy that it becomes much more comfortable to simply keep them closed…

You can let your breath return to its own natural, automatic rhythm now, trusting your body knows exactly how to breathe for you without any effort at all…

With every natural breath you take, you might feel yourself sinking a little deeper into the soft support of your mattress, perfectly held and perfectly supported…

The heavier your body feels on the bed, the lighter your breath becomes, creating a wonderful balance of peace spreading through your muscles…

And if you hear any sounds from outside or notice the gentle beating of your own heart, each one can simply become a signal guiding you further down into this quiet space…

Imagine yourself resting safely on a beautiful, quiet beach, where the sand is still warm from the sun, and the soft sound of the ocean meets your ears…

You might picture the water, or just feel its rhythm, or simply notice your breath… and whatever you experience is perfectly fine as you rest here…

Notice how the rhythm of the ocean matches your breath… as you breathe in, gentle warm water sweeps softly up onto the smooth evening sand…

And as you breathe out, the water slowly retreats back into the vast, calm sea, taking any remaining tension of the day away with it…

With every wave that slowly recedes, you drift further into calm, completely protected on this quiet shore under the beautiful evening sky…

If any thoughts drift into your mind, they are just like tiny bubbles of sea foam… you can gently notice them, and let the receding wave carry them away into the distance…

You are drifting smoothly now, settling softly like a light feather resting on the warm sand, completely safe and entirely at ease in this quiet moment…

The ocean knows how to take its time… to slow down… and simply… let go, and you can allow yourself to do the exact same thing tonight…

Whenever you need to find this peace, simply bringing your thumb and index finger together will help your body remember this wave-like breath…

And each time you return to this session, this deep calm will arrive even faster and more naturally, welcoming you back to this serene shore…

If sleep comes, let it come like a gentle tide… and if not, this deep rest is already enough, nourishing your mind and your body beautifully…

The waves are so slow now… rising gently… and falling away… leaving only peace behind…

Sinking deeper into the softness of your bed… carried by the quiet rhythm of the evening tide…

Drifting further away… perfectly safe… letting go completely into this comforting silence…
