Who is this session for?
This session is for anyone struggling to quiet a busy mind at the end of the day. It is especially helpful when looping thoughts keep you awake and you need a gentle way to let go.
How does it unfold?
- at the startOpening ritualYou settle into your bed and take three slow breaths to connect with the soothing sound of the rain.
- around 1 minBody inductionYou match your breathing to the steady rhythm of the rain, allowing your eyelids to grow naturally heavy.
- around 3 minDeepeningYou visualize walking down a ten-step wooden staircase, sinking deeper into your mattress with every step.
- around 4 minSensory sanctuaryInside a cozy cabin, you watch your busy thoughts slide down a window like raindrops, creating a peaceful anchor by joining two fingers.
- around 8 minReinforcementYou are gently reminded that your mind will learn to quiet down more easily night after night.
- around 9 minDrifting into sleepThe voice slows down and fades, leaving you to drift naturally into rest while the rain continues.
Why does it help you sleep?
This visualization works by shifting your attention away from daily worries and onto comforting sensory details. By imagining your thoughts as raindrops sliding down a glass, you observe them without fighting them, which naturally reduces mental tension. The gesture of touching your fingers together creates a calming anchor, helping your body relax and preparing you for a peaceful night.
How to listen
Listen in bed with the lights off and the volume set very low. Find a comfortable position and remember that it is perfectly fine to fall asleep before the audio ends.

Everyone knows that moment when the day ends and the body just wants to rest… You can simply settle into your bed, noticing how the mattress supports you completely. And you can remember that if anything needs your attention tonight, you will instantly be fully present and alert. Just listen to the gentle rain outside, a natural and calming sound that is here to accompany your relaxation…
Take a moment to inhale slowly through your nose, filling your stomach gently, and then exhale with a long, soft sigh…
Breathe in deeply once again, welcoming the quiet of the night, and let the air flow out very slowly, releasing any tension…
And for the third time, take a slow and peaceful breath in, holding it for just a heartbeat, and breathe out completely, sinking into the bed…
When you notice your breath slowing down all by itself, as it matches the steady rhythm of the rain, you can simply welcome it. You might feel your eyelids becoming heavy… so heavy that it becomes simply more comfortable to keep them closed. Your body is beginning to release its tension naturally, without any effort from you at all…
Imagine a beautiful wooden staircase leading down to a protected and cozy place. There are ten steps, and with each step you take, your body sinks a little deeper into the mattress, carried safely. Ten… stepping down gently. Nine… feeling the wood under your feet. Eight… the more you listen to the gentle sound of the rain, the more your mind becomes quiet. Seven… moving down easily. Six… halfway there, perfectly safe. Five… drifting further. Four… sinking deeper. Three… two… one… arriving softly…
You step into a wonderful, comfortable room… maybe a cozy cabin, filled with soft, warm light. You can feel the comforting warmth of a thick blanket wrapped around you, and smell the reassuring scent of old wood. Notice the comfortable warmth in your right hand… or your left hand… as you listen to the rain drumming lightly on the roof.
Sometimes, thoughts from the day keep turning, and that is perfectly okay. You can picture those looping thoughts as raindrops falling against the window glass. You do not have to stop them or fight them… just notice them sliding down the glass… fading away softly into the night. Let your thoughts flow away like water, leaving the glass perfectly clear.
The rain helps the earth to… slow down… and simply… rest. And to capture this feeling of complete peace and inner silence, you can gently touch your thumb and index finger together. Let this small gesture be a reminder of this quiet space, a space that belongs only to you right now…
Every time you listen to this session, this deep calm will settle in faster and more profoundly. Night after night, your mind learns to quiet down more easily, leaving the day behind with grace. And the simple touch of your thumb and index finger will be enough to bring back this tranquil space whenever you feel the need. You are floating gently in the warmth of your bed, completely safe, carried by the endless sound of the rain…
And now… there is nothing left to do… nothing left to know… just the rain falling softly in the dark. The music and the rain will continue to watch over you for a while… and you can just drift now… and if sleep comes, let it come… and if not, this deep rest is enough, it counts too… just letting go entirely… carried by the gentle sounds of the night…
