Who is this session for?
This session is designed for those moments when you wake up in the middle of the night and find it hard to drift off again. It is perfect to listen to right in your bed when your mind starts racing and you feel the pressure of needing to go back to sleep.
How does it unfold?
- at the startOpening and ReassuranceThe voice gently welcomes you, removing the pressure to sleep by focusing simply on the comfort of resting your body.
- around 2 minSlow Breath InductionYou are guided to naturally lengthen your exhales, allowing your body to sink heavily and comfortably into the mattress.
- around 5 minGentle Body ScanYour attention lightly sweeps across different parts of your body in a monotonous rhythm to keep racing thoughts away.
- around 8 minPeaceful DescentFollowing your natural breath, you visualize yourself floating down into calm like a soft feather drifting through quiet air.
- around 11 minFinal AnchoringThe pace slows down completely as you are given a simple anchor word to help you glide effortlessly into deep rest.
Why does it help you sleep?
This approach helps you fall back asleep by completely removing the anxiety of staying awake. By reassuring you that simple physical rest is enough, it releases the tension that keeps you alert. The monotonous body scan occupies your mind just enough to stop racing thoughts, while the extended exhales naturally slow down your heart rate. This creates a safe, quiet environment where your body can easily let go.
How to listen
Keep your audio volume very low and stay comfortably lying down in the dark when you wake up. You do not need to listen until the end, as you can simply let yourself drift off whenever sleep naturally returns.

Welcome to this quiet moment in the middle of your night… You are already in your bed… safe and warm… Everyone wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes… it is completely natural and there is nothing to worry about… You do not need to look at the time… the night belongs entirely to you… If sleep comes, let it come… and if not, this rest is enough… resting your body is deeply restoring all on its own… And if anything needs your attention tonight, you will instantly be fully awake and present… but for now, you have absolutely nothing to do… Take a moment to feel how your body is settled… noticing the comforting support of your mattress beneath you… We are going to take three slow breaths together…
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, allowing your chest and belly to expand naturally and comfortably…
And exhale gently and completely, letting go of any thoughts or effort as your body sinks into the bed…
Take another deep breath in, feeling the cool and quiet night air filling you with a sense of calm and stillness…
And breathe out slowly, feeling your muscles softening and relaxing a little bit more with this long exhale…
Take a third, slow breath in, welcoming this peaceful moment of rest just for yourself in the quiet darkness…
And release the air very smoothly, allowing yourself to settle deeply and comfortably into this present moment…
Now… you can let your breathing find its own gentle rhythm… or naturally lengthen your exhale just a little bit… breathing out slower than you breathe in… You might feel your body relaxing now… or in a few moments…
With every long exhale you take, your body sinks a little deeper into comfort, letting go of any remaining tension…
When you notice your breathing slowing down all by itself… you can simply welcome that quiet rhythm… The heavier your muscles feel, the lighter your mind becomes… You can just allow yourself to rest deeply… knowing you are safe… Let your breath return to whatever pace feels most natural now…
To help your mind rest completely… I am going to name different parts of your body… You do not need to move them… just let your awareness lightly touch each part… Let your attention drift down to your right hand… your right thumb… index finger… middle finger… ring finger… little finger… right wrist… elbow… right shoulder… letting the whole right side of your body feel pleasantly heavy… moving down to your right hip… knee… ankle… and all your right toes…
Now let your quiet attention drift over to your left hand… your left thumb… index finger… middle finger… ring finger… little finger… left wrist… elbow… left shoulder… letting the whole left side of your body sink into the mattress… moving down to your left hip… knee… ankle… and all your left toes…
Now feel the entire back of your body resting against the bed… your back… the back of your neck… and your head… safely supported…
Your whole body is now resting in a very peaceful space…
And as you continue to breathe softly… you can imagine yourself slowly floating down into an even deeper layer of comfort…
like a soft feather drifting gently down through the quiet air of your room… drifting safely… and effortlessly…
With each breath out, you gently glide a little further down into calm… letting go of the surface as you drift deeper…
As you rest here… you can gently whisper the word peace in your mind… letting it echo softly within you…
And every time you listen to this session, your body will recognize this quiet path… finding its way to peace even faster…
Whenever you wake in the night, you can simply remember this word… peace… and feel this exact comfort returning to you…
Your mind is quiet…
Your body is heavy… and comfortable…
If sleep comes… welcome it…
If you simply rest… that is beautiful too…
Just drifting now…
The music will continue to watch over you…
Peaceful…
Safe…
Letting go completely…
