Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed by evening anxiety or racing thoughts at bedtime. It offers a comforting escape when you need to leave the stress of the day behind and find a secure space to finally rest.

How does it unfold?

  1. at the startOpening RitualThe voice guides you to settle comfortably and take slow breaths to initiate your evening rest.
  2. around 1 minBreath and HeavinessYou are encouraged to focus on your exhales, allowing a pleasant heaviness to settle over your eyelids.
  3. around 2 minBody DeepeningA gentle sweep of attention across your body helps release physical tension into the mattress.
  4. around 5 minSafe DescentYou imagine walking down a wooden staircase toward a completely protected and peaceful space.
  5. around 6 minThe Rainy GreenhouseYou immerse yourself in a warm glass greenhouse, listening to the heavy rain while creating a physical anchor for safety.
  6. around 10 minReinforcementThe voice gently reassures you that your evenings will become more peaceful, anchoring this calm state.
  7. around 12 minDrifting to SleepThe guidance slowly fades away, leaving you to drift naturally into sleep accompanied by the music.

Why does it help you sleep?

The contrast between the heavy rain outside and the warmth inside the greenhouse creates a powerful feeling of shelter. By focusing your attention on sensory details like the drumming raindrops and the scent of damp earth, your mind naturally shifts away from anxious thoughts. The physical anchor of touching your fingers together helps condition your mind to associate this gesture with immediate calm, facilitating an easier transition into sleep.

How to listen

Listen to this recording as you lie in bed with your eyes closed, keeping the volume low to fully enjoy the rainy atmosphere. It is perfectly fine if you drift off before the end, as the gentle sounds will continue to watch over your rest.

Welcome to this moment of rest. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, feeling the support of the mattress beneath you… noticing the contact of your heels, your back, and your head resting softly.

If anything in your environment needs your attention tonight, you will be instantly and fully present… but for now, you have nothing to do, nothing to achieve… your body already knows exactly how to rest.

You can let your eyes close now, or in a few moments… and just take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, letting your belly rise gently, and then exhale fully to release the day.

Take another deep breath in, gathering any lingering tension, and let it go with a long, slow sigh… feeling yourself sinking a little deeper into the surface beneath you.

And one more deep, peaceful breath in, filling your lungs with calm air… and as you breathe out, allow your body to settle completely into this comfortable and safe space.

Everyone knows that feeling when the eyelids become pleasantly heavy… it becomes so comfortable to just keep your eyes closed… as you allow your breathing to find its own natural, effortless rhythm.

When you notice your breath slowing down all by itself… you can simply welcome it, knowing that with every exhale, you sink a little deeper into a profound and comforting tranquility.

Now, let your attention drift through your body, like a gentle wave of relaxation… noticing your right hand… the thumb, the fingers, the palm… gliding up the right arm, to the shoulder, and down the right side.

And letting that softness flow into the left hand… the fingers, the palm, the wrist… moving up the left arm, to the shoulder, and flowing all the way down the left side of your body.

Your awareness sweeps across your back, feeling it melt into the mattress… and up to your face, relaxing the jaw, smoothing the forehead… your whole body sinking down, entirely carried and secure.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a small, wooden staircase, leading down to a place of perfect safety and warmth. With each step down, you drift a little deeper into comfort.

Stepping down the first few stairs, feeling completely at ease… and continuing downward, guided by a soft, welcoming light… leaving all the worries of the day far behind you as you descend.

At the bottom of the stairs, you open a heavy wooden door and step into a magnificent glass greenhouse… a sanctuary of warmth and lush greenery, shielded entirely from the outside world.

You can hear the heavy, rhythmic sound of rain pouring down on the glass roof above you… a mesmerizing, constant drumming that seems to wash away any remaining tension or worry from your mind.

The air here is wonderfully warm, carrying the rich, comforting scent of damp earth and fresh green leaves. The heavier the rain falls outside… the safer and warmer you feel inside this cocoon.

Allow yourself to discover a deep armchair in the center of the greenhouse, and sink into it… feeling the absolute safety of this place, where nothing is expected of you, and nothing can disturb you.

You can gently touch your thumb and index finger together right now… to capture this feeling of absolute safety and warmth, anchoring this peaceful sanctuary deep within your mind and body.

Every time you listen to this session, this deep calm will return even faster… and whenever you need to find this peace, simply pressing your thumb and index finger together will help you return here.

Day after day, your evenings become more peaceful… the small worries take up less space, replaced by a quiet confidence that your body and mind know how to rest and heal in the stillness of the night.

You have nothing left to do now… just listening to the rain… letting the warmth envelop you… as you drift effortlessly toward a deep, restorative rest.

The music will continue to watch over you for a while… you can just let go… deeper and deeper… completely safe and sheltered from the world outside…

Sinking deeper into the quiet… letting sleep come naturally, all on its own… whenever it is ready…
