Who is this session for?
This session is designed for those whose minds are still racing after a busy day and who need a gentle transition into the night. It is especially helpful when you feel physically tense or overwhelmed by lingering thoughts, providing a safe space to unwind. Listen to it when you are already in bed, ready to leave the hours behind and embrace deep rest.

- around 7 minPost-Session Suggestions and AnchorYou create a physical and mental anchor to easily recall this profound calm whenever you need it.
- around 9 minEnding without WakingThe voice fades away, leaving you to drift safely into sleep while the music watches over you.
Why does it help you sleep?
By focusing your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath, this technique gently shifts your mind away from daily worries. Visualizing tension leaving through your extremities helps your muscles physically release their grip without any effort. Breathing in a comforting word then replaces that empty space with tranquility, soothing your entire body. This combination of guided imagery and mindful breathing creates a deep sense of safety, which naturally facilitates the transition into sleep.
How to listen
Settle comfortably into your bed for the night, turn off the lights, and keep the audio volume very low. Remember that you do not need to listen until the end; you can simply let yourself drift into sleep whenever it comes.

Welcome to this moment of rest. You have nothing to achieve right now, and you are in a completely safe space. If anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present, but for now, you can just let go. You can allow your eyes to close now… or in a few moments. Take a moment to settle deeply into your mattress, noticing the soft support beneath your back.
Now, take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs, and let it out gently through your mouth.
Take another peaceful breath in, feeling your chest expand softly, and exhale completely, releasing the day.
And take a third deep, calming breath, filling your body with a sense of safety, and breathe out slowly, sinking into the bed.
Everyone knows that familiar moment when the eyelids naturally become heavy… so heavy that it is more comfortable to let them remain closed. When you notice the exact moment your breathing slows down all by itself… you can simply welcome it. Let your breath find its own rhythm now, noticing how the exhale naturally becomes a little longer. The heavier your body feels… the lighter your breath seems to become.
With every exhale, you drift a little deeper into calmness, letting go of the hours that have passed. As you breathe out gently, you can imagine that any busy thoughts or lingering tightness simply flows down your arms and out through your fingertips, or down your legs and out through your toes.
Breathe in naturally, and as you exhale, feel the clutter of the day quietly leaving your body, flowing out and disappearing completely.
Take another gentle breath in, and as you breathe out, let your body empty itself of any remaining weight, leaving a comfortable lightness behind.
Now that your body has created this beautiful space, you can begin to fill it with tranquility. Shift your attention gently to your inhale, and as you breathe in, you might silently welcome a soothing word, like the word peace.
As you breathe out, imagine this feeling of peace diffusing through your entire body, spreading warmth and comfort to every single cell.
Breathe in the word peace, and as you exhale, let it wrap around you like a soft, heavy blanket, soothing your mind and resting your muscles.
With this peaceful rhythm, you are beginning a very safe, gentle descent into rest, like a soft feather drifting down through calm, clear air.
Floating slowly down, completely supported by the quiet night, landing safely and softly in a deeply comfortable space where nothing can disturb you.
The word peace remains with you now, gently resting in your mind, ready to soothe you whenever you need it. You can simply recall this word, or gently touch your thumb and index finger together, to bring back this profound calm at any time. Day after day, you are building a deeper, more trusting relationship with your own rest. And each time you return to this session, finding this deep calm will happen faster and more easily, because your body remembers the way.
You have nothing to do right now… nothing to achieve. Your body already knows exactly how to rest. If sleep comes, simply let it come… and if not, this deep, peaceful rest is just as valuable, and it counts just as much.
You can just drift… floating in this quiet space. The music will continue to play for a little while… watching over you… keeping you safe.
Letting go completely now… breathing softly into the quiet night… feeling deeply and entirely at peace.
