Who is this session for?
This session is designed for anyone struggling to leave the day's events behind and seeking a gentle transition into sleep. It is especially helpful on evenings when your mind feels cluttered, offering a safe and comforting space to unwind without any pressure to fall asleep immediately.
How does it unfold?
- at the startSettling InYou are guided through three slow breaths to establish a comforting evening ritual and find a comfortable position in your bed.
- around 1 minSlow BreathingYour attention is drawn to lengthening your exhalations, allowing your eyelids to naturally become heavier with each breath.
- around 3 minGentle CountdownA slow countdown from five to one is paired with your breathing, guiding your body deeper into physical relaxation.
- around 5 minThe Descending FeatherYou visualize your day fading away as you become a weightless feather, drifting safely and slowly down through warm, calm air.
- around 9 minAnchoring PeaceThe feeling of deep rest is linked to the comforting weight of your blanket, helping your body memorize this calm state.
- around 11 minDrifting to SleepThe guidance slows down with long pauses, offering gentle reassurance that you can simply let sleep come naturally.
Why does it help you sleep?
The combination of extended exhalations and a slow countdown naturally helps your body settle, signaling to your nervous system that it is safe to rest. Visualizing a gently falling feather occupies your attention just enough to keep intrusive thoughts away, replacing them with a sensation of physical lightness and security. By associating the physical weight of your blanket with mental calm, this method creates a comforting anchor that facilitates quicker relaxation night after night.
How to listen
Listen to this track at a low volume while lying comfortably in bed, tucked under your blanket and ready for the night. Allow yourself to drift off naturally, knowing it is perfectly fine to fall asleep long before the recording ends.

Welcome to this quiet moment, entirely dedicated to your rest. Take the time to settle deeply, feeling the support of the mattress beneath you. You have arrived at a time where you can simply relax, and you can shift your position whenever you like to stay comfortable. If anything needs your attention, you will instantly be fully present. You can let your eyes close now, or in a few moments, whenever you wish.
Begin by taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose, letting your chest fill gently, and then exhale softly, allowing your shoulders to sink…
Take another slow breath in, welcoming the quiet evening, and as you breathe out, feel the comforting weight of your body settling even more…
And one more comfortable breath in, gathering peace, and sigh it away as you exhale, feeling a gentle wave of relaxation washing over you…
Now, allow your attention to rest gently on the natural rhythm of your breathing. Try breathing in slowly, feeling your belly rise softly, and letting the air out even more slowly, drawing out the exhalation just a little bit longer…
Breathing in naturally, and exhaling softly and slowly, letting each long breath out carry you deeper into this wonderful feeling of calm…
Everyone knows that feeling when the eyelids become pleasantly heavy, so heavy that it becomes much more comfortable to keep them closed. As your breath settles into its own quiet rhythm, you can simply welcome this peace.
To help you drift further into this comfortable state, we can gently count backward from five to one, following your breath.
Five… as you exhale, feeling your body drifting a little deeper into the soft surface beneath you, completely supported and safe…
Four… letting go a bit more with this breath, noticing how the heavier your body feels, the lighter your mind becomes…
Three… allowing your muscles to soften, unwinding naturally, as you continue this smooth, steady descent into relaxation…
Two… almost at the bottom of this gentle descent, feeling incredibly heavy, warm, and wonderfully comfortable in your quiet space…
One… completely relaxed, resting peacefully in this sanctuary, where everything is calm and perfectly still…
Now that your body is resting so deeply, you can imagine the events of your day gently fading into the distance, leaving your mind wonderfully clear. Picture a soft, weightless feather, suspended in the calm, warm air of a peaceful evening. The air around it is perfectly still, carrying a soothing temperature that wraps around you like a soft blanket.
Just allow yourself to become like this feather… drifting down, slowly and completely, rocking gently from side to side in the quietest breeze.
With every gentle sway, you glide a little further down, bathed in a soft twilight that invites the deepest rest. You can take all the time in the world, enjoying a smooth, safe descent through the tranquil air, feeling entirely secure and protected.
Your body already knows exactly how to rest and sleep, so you can let this peaceful motion take over entirely. Drifting down, swaying softly, the warm air gently cushioning every movement, until that feather finally comes to rest on a wonderfully soft, welcoming surface.
As you rest here, your body and mind are quietly regenerating, gathering the peaceful energy you need. You can leave the day behind with complete trust, knowing that tomorrow will gracefully unfold when the time comes.
And each time you feel the gentle weight of your blanket resting over you, it can become a signal to your body to instantly find this wonderful calm. Every time you listen to this session, returning to this space will become easier, quicker, and even more natural for you.
Now, there is only this beautiful, quiet moment of rest to enjoy.
If sleep comes, let it come softly, and if not, this deep, peaceful rest is perfectly enough, it counts too.
Your breathing continues its gentle, rhythmic flow, while your body sinks even deeper into the comfort of your bed.
Just allowing yourself to drift down… and completely… let go… surrounded by warmth and tranquility…
Everything is quiet… everything is peaceful… you can simply glide into the night, safe and fully at rest.
